LT kERB AND lt kerbdrains
This are very light kerb and kerb drain units (less than 5kg/m) designed to be laid in lengths of upto 8m.
Kerb and drainage systems are vital components of urban infrastructure with a pivotal role in delineation, drainage, road safety, and improving the aesthetic and environmental quality of cities. Most of the current products are heavy and can only be laid in short lengths.
This is where the LT Kerb and LT kerb Drain come in!
This are patented kerb and kerb drainage products. The products are designed to be manufactured by extrusion in long lengths and laid in lengths up to 8m.The product is light in weight (Less than 5kg/m).
The product is a hollow shell designed to be bedded in concrete like traditional kerbs. They are then filled with concrete from either an onsite concrete mixer of a concrete lorry Chute to form a sturdy restraint structure with a polymeric outer cover and concrete inner core.
LT Kerbdrain
For the drainage kerb, This consists of a polymeric shell that houses conveyance tubing, support structure, and inlet tubes which together form the drainage kerb structure.
This is then bedded in concrete at the road edge and thereafter filled with concrete to form a solid kerb drainage structure. The top of the kerb concrete is then leveled and given a brush finish by pulling a Broom swivel head float on top of the kerb to form a neat finish .
